Marlborough LitFest is excited to launch a new Friends of Marlborough LitFest scheme for 2022, giving special benefits to its Festival Friends. We’re also announcing some of our key authors: Patrick Gale, Max Hastings and children’s author, Jacqueline Wilson, who will join the 2022 Golding Speaker, Ali Smith, during the festival weekend.
The new Friends of Marlborough LitFest scheme will enable Friends of the Festival to gain special priority booking in advance of general ticket sales, an invitation to a celebratory festival event, a copy of the festival brochure by post and a regular LitFest email newsletter throughout the year. The annual subscription is £30 and the deadline for submission of forms and payment for 2022 is Friday 24 June in order to take advantage of priority booking from 4 July until the LitFest Box Office opens on 14 July.
Genevieve Clarke, Chair of Marlborough LitFest, said: “Our festival thrives on the enthusiasm of its audience in Marlborough and far beyond. We’ve decided to launch a Friends scheme to consolidate this support. Please join up now to take advantage of priority booking this summer and get more involved in LitFest.”
