LitFest held an exclusive film screening of ‘H is for Hawk’ followed by a Q&A session with author Helen Macdonald on Friday 6 February, in partnership with The Parade Cinema in Marlborough.Helen Macdonald attended LitFest in 2014 at our fifth festival to talk about her book ‘H is for Hawk’, a powerful and profound meditation on grief expressed through the trials of training a goshawk. Subsequently a bestselling and award-winning book, it has now been made into a film starring Claire Foy and Brendan Gleeson.
